Ghanaian female artiste GyalDem Tish is calling for more unity and promotion in the music industry. In a recent Facebook post, she said, “As an artiste, I believe the music industry is vast enough to accommodate diverse talents.”
She explained that while some female musicians may have stepped back, she has stayed active. “I’ve remained committed to my craft, consistently releasing music and engaging with my audience,” she wrote.
In May 2024, GyalDem Tish released a five-track EP titled iWoman, which explored her creativity and made her voice heard as one of the promising talents from the eastern side of Ghana2. The project stands out as one of the few by a female artiste from the East to break the ice and seal her presence in the Ghanaian music space.
She also thanked media personalities for their support but asked for more teamwork. “I think there’s room for more collaboration and promotion,” she added.
GyalDem Tish mentioned two past songs she wants to promote again—one with six female artistes including Amazing Gee, and another with Ekow Marvel. She asked fans to help her choose which one to push next.
