Barnabas Amu popularly known in the music industry as Keeny Ice over the weekend grabbed three awards at the 2018 Volta music awards which took place at the Ho Technical University auditorium.
The Mo’shes musik signed artiste who was nominated for five categories scooped three of them;”Best rapper of the year”, “Best collaboration of the year” with his song,’Move’ featuring Kofi Kinaata and “Best music video” with Gankivi shot and directed in Nigeria – home of his record label.
The musician used the opportunity to thank God for his talent,management team and loyal fans for the love and support.
Keeny Ice who was also hopeful of winning “Artiste of the year” category but lost to Agbeshie used the space to congratulate his colleague and friend,Agbeshie for becoming the first ever VMAs artiste of the year.
Keeny Ice is by far one the influential and promising musician in Ghana known for his good delivery and versatility.
