‘Let’s Build Together’: Jasikanhene Invites Entrepreneurs to Drive Growth in Buem

The Paramount Chief of Jasikan and Adonetenhene of the Buem Traditional Area, Nana Edje Tete Kpase-Brantuo VII, has marked his fourth year of leadership with a powerful message of gratitude, unity, and developmental ambition.

Taking to Facebook to commemorate the milestone, Nana Edje Tete reflected on his journey, expressing appreciation for divine guidance and the enduring support from traditional leaders, elders, and the people of Jasikanman.

“This milestone is not mine alone, it belongs to all of us. I pray that the collaboration and unity we’ve built over these years will only grow stronger as we journey forward together,” he wrote.

In his message, the Chief reaffirmed his commitment to fostering unity among Buem chiefs, highlighting that chieftaincy disputes derail progress. He passionately appealed to traditional leaders to rise above differences and focus on the shared vision of prosperity.

Nana Edje Tete extended an open invitation to the youth and visionaries across Buem—especially those with entrepreneurial and developmental aspirations—to bring their ideas home.

“Come forward. Let’s talk! That is the true and fastest way to expand Jasikan and uplift our people,” he said.

He encouraged Ghanaians of Buem descent, both home and abroad, to channel resources through trustworthy avenues and ensure that those entrusted with leadership exhibit honesty, transparency, and integrity.

The Chief concluded his message with a resounding call for collective progress: “Long live Buem! Long live Jasikanman!”
