It hurts to hear I’m imitating Kwesi Arthur – Fameye

Sensational Ghanaian singer and rapper, Fameye in an interview on Hitz 103.9 FM to promote his new song ‘Destiny’ confesses how hurt he gets when people say he is imitating ‘Grind Day’ hitmaker, Kwesi Arthur.

”I haven’t even listened to him for sometime now after he became popular so how can I copy him? My old songs will be my evidence”, he said on his interview with Andy Dosty, host of Day Break Hitz. He continued by saying his current style was the same style he used four years ago on his collaboration with Kofi Kinaata so it’s hurts when a lot of people mention him copying Kwesi Arthur and not staying original.

Fameye is signed to Italy based music label, OGB Music owned by Ghanaian singer, Ogidi Brown. Born Peter Famiyeh Bozah, Fameye in the MTN Hitmaker season 3 and placed second during Viasat 1’s reality contest, Born Starz.

His new single ‘Destiny’, is receiving lots of attention from fans, radio and all your favorite blogs/websites across the country.
