Budding Afrobeats artist Kweku Bizkit, the dzonu man has released his first single for 2017, “Climb Up” on Friday, 20th January, 2016. “Climb Up” which is on the Triple M Riddim was produced by High Grade Family’s Brainy Beatz.
The Triple M Riddim was released last year by the producer and has so far had Samini, Ras Kuuku and some other acts “riding” it and giving it their own “toast”. Brainy Beatz, who won Producer of The Year at the just ended Bass Awards, is known for his notoriety in producing party riddims and one of such was the AVO riddim, to which Kweku Bizkit made the dance floor “Bubble Up”.
“Climb Up” is an anthem which expresses the frenzy and excitement that comes with an African dance party, urging party lovers to “climb up” unto the dance floor and show what they got.
According to the Afrobeats singer, the song which is a sequel to his last single “Your Dzonu”, is a starter to the year as this year promises to be a good one with collabos lined up all through.
“This new song is a personal favorite as it was recorded within a twinkle of eye and it is surely a banger “ he explained in an interview with citifmonline.com.
“I like to describe this song as danceable and the main message conveyed is one all party lovers can relate to,” he said.
