Ghanaian creative artist, Derrick Baah the Artist has over the weekend painted the most controversial political figure in history, Donald Trump at the 2019 edition of the Chalewote festival held in Jamestown, Accra.

According to the artist, the painting brought heavy criticisms and verbal abuse from some patrons who felt the reigning American president shouldn’t have been his subject for the festival.

Explaining his purpose, Derrick Baah the Artist said regardless of how majority feels about his style of leadership and flaws, Trump in his own ways has also implemented some good initiatives that helping the American people. He also added that he is a character that fits well into many creative concepts like what he exhibited at the street arts festival.
