Potbelly Aseda is the new face in Ghana’s music industry. The young musician who can both sing and rap is dedicating his talent to fighting against social injustice and fairness in sharing of the national cake.
In his new song, “Kpetekple” he called out authorities including Political heads for denying the Kroboland the basic Social needs necessary for survival. Typical among them is the dilapidated footbridge at Oterkporlu a feeder community that’s serves the district and the nation.
Unemployment after years of education, unemployment, availability of only menial jobs are highlighted in the song released under Winning Records.
Krobo is one of the respected traditional areas in the Eastern region of Ghana. The area shares borders with Greater Accra and also not far from the Volta region. It is one of the areas deprived despite a huge deposit of limestone, gypsum-raw materials for production of cement.
The song comes with a powerful music video directed by Eben Yanks – it speaks to the message and also gave it a colorful visual impressions.
