FreQuency drops his new single titled “Gold” which talks about the daily life of a regular Ghanaian and how he intends to prosper in future with higher aims.
“Gold” is the second single FreQuency has released following his popular song “Welcome To Ghana”.

FreQuency gained mad love from people on social media as a freestyle video of him went viral on the internet. “Gold” started with sad FreQuency narrating how he lost his dad and seeing his mum cry which has since then made him focused in getting his aims to the fullest. He went on to express how he’s going to make it in future for his fans to understand the stress he went through as a young man living with his mom in the streets.
In the song “Gold”, FreQuency stated that, his aim as a rapper is to make sure his songs are on the playlist of Jermaine Lamarr Cole, known professionally as J. Cole, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer.
The song “Gold” is a pure Hip-Hop tune that got FreQuency dishing out some blows punch by punch which encourages the youth to work hard to achieve their dreams and go for the “Gold” as “Gold” is said to be a precious item. The title of the song “Gold” indicates that, FreQuency wrote and poured out the lyrics from his heart.
As the saying goes “There is no honest man — not one — that can resist the attraction of gold!” so in the song “Gold”, rapper FreQuency urges his listeners to go find his or her “Gold” to achieve in life.
