After a considerably long spell with urban, Afro-Pop and Hiplife, Ghanaian artist, OJ Blaq goes full blast Gospel. Churning out favourites like ‘Chalewote’, ‘Target’, ‘Mewo Mmaa’, among others, the Biggy Boy Lover’s near-death experienced with kidney failure has brought him closer to the Christian and Gospel music.
His new single, ‘His Presence’ is set for release soon. OJ Blaq believes this new song will set the tone for many more tunes as he embarks on that crusade to win souls for the soon coming Christ.
In his own words ”I will however not record secular music again but Gospel. I am not saying secular artists are not God’s own but for what God has done for me I want to preach about God to people”.
Ultimately, OJ with new aka ”Orakle of Jesus Christ”, a lover of hockey and ambassador for COA FS; an immune-boosting drug, will want to use his music forthwith, to empower and teach his teeming fans the love and power of Christ.
The former Lynx Entertainment signee now works under OMG (Orakle Music Group) as an artist and owner. Under OMG are a few new acts doing Urban Gospel for the propagation of the Word of Christ.
