Ghanaian Highlife musician, Koo kyei has congratulated all winners at the 2020 edition of the Eastern Music Awards. In a post on his Facebook page the musician also urged colleagues to support each other the best way the can.
His post came days after not winning any of the categories he was nominated for this year. The Ghetto records signee is a record holder as one of the higher winner of the EMAs since it’s inception few years ago.
On the way forward as a musician, Koo kyei in recent times has been paying critical attention to maximising his social media following, firming his growing fanbase and properly positioning his musical catalogue on the various music streaming platform.
Born Ernest Kyei; the Koforidua-born Highlife musician is also a professional fire man and also a lead singer in the Ghana National Fire Service Band. His talent as a musician has seen him perform at numerous events including a backing vocal performance for legendary Ghanaian musician, Amakye Dede.
His most recent release features Stonebwoy; Ghana’s most prolific musician with Grammy nomination to his credit for co-writing with Morgan Heritage.
