Blackpride production, a subsidiary of the Blackpride Multimedia Consult in collaboration with Y97.9Fm presents Our Heritage Youth Seminar, on Saturday the 7th of March, 2020 at the Takoradi Mall.
The theme for this year’s edition is the Role of Culture in Nation Building/National Development.
Speaking with Haruna Babangida the CEO of the Blackpride Multimedia Consult and a radio broadcaster with Y97.9Fm, he says, this year’s edition (which happens to be the maiden edition) as part of the Heritage month celebration/observation will line up speakers from the area of History (a Historian), Tradition (a Traditional Ruler), Motivation/Entrepreneurship (a Life Coach) and others to engage the youth with a power point backed lectures about our culture and the role they play in national development.
Speakers; Keynote Speaker, Hon. Kwabena Okyere Darko Mensah, Western Regional Minister, Mr. Twum Berima, a Historian, Ahanta Apemenyimheneba Kwofie III, Nana Efua Eduawa I, Bremuhemaa, Mr. Francis Atuahene, CEO of Atuahene Automobile Consult and Haruna Babangida, a Radio/Tv Broadcaster and CEC of the Blackpride Multimedia Consult.
The seminar is expected to last for 3 hours, between 10am and 1pm, and it’s not an all talk seminar. It will be backed by acustic live band performances by the Obourba Kojo band, African poetry by Kodwo Phreestyle and many more.
