Ghanaian musician, Fancy Gadam is the reigning IRWMA ‘Most promising Entertainer’ of the year. He was announced winner of the category over the weekend at the 37th edition held at Pegasus Hotel in Kingston,Jamaica.

Born Mujahid Ahmed Bello, Fancy Gadam has proved his strength beyond every reasonable doubt he is one of the best with countless hits and albums to his credit. Winning the International Reggae and World Music Awards has also added to his increasing number of awards won in the previous years. In 2018, he won ‘Song of the year’ with “Total cheat” against Patapaa’s “One corner” and the rest.
He is also one of the few Ghanaians who won an award at this year’s edition – Dancehall musician; Shatta wale also won ‘Best music video’ with Gringo.
