An ultramodern music recording studio, Lud Multimedia has been launched to provide quality music productions as well as groom artistes at a moderate cost.
The music recording studio is the first in line, of a series of businesses expected to be rolled out within a space of five years, to provide employment and develop talents.
Lud Multimedia, which aims at spreading its tentacles to explore the media and music landscape, is interested in raising talents from the Zongo community especially, hence the deliberate siting of the company.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr Ludfi Yakubu said he was moved by the ordeal upcoming artistes especially, went through to ply their music trade.
He therefore admonished them to also focus on strategizing to make money from their music both traditionally and digitally.
“Indeed music has evolved rapidly and we are in the digital era now. It is therefore important to get quality music productions and also focus on how to garner revenue from the music both traditionally and digitally.”
The young entrepreneur made this known in his address at a short launch party, which brought together burgeoning music talents and supporting brands on January 27 in Accra.

Mr Yakubu also said that he and his team are putting plans in place to venture into artiste management. He said they have discovered a number of awesome talents to work with.
He announced that his outfit has intentions of setting up record label, Lud Records, to this effect.

Born into the business of sound and electronics, Mr Yakubu has also acquired enough knowledge and expertise from working in his father’s company, Tono Electronics.
