UK based Ghanaian Gospel artist, Martin Fei is Out with another powerful song titled ‘Ruler’. Martin Fei is of the view that, the year in review might have not been the best taking a walk down memory lane, but communicates a message of assurance for a brighter future.
The same way every tree has a season for harvest, human beings have respective times of shining and stepping into their kairos moment. Most people have been victims of circumstance and as such have lost count of God’s divine intervention and faithfulness.
Revealing the inspiration behind his current release, Martin makes it crystal clear that, life is not always smooth sailing hence, bread and butter won’t be served always, tough times and bitter times may knock on our individual doors but God remains sovereign in every way!
He therefore assures that, irrespective of the challenges, there is going to be a brighter day because God is our ruler.
Martin Fei who discovered his musical uniqueness right from childhood has always been desiring to reach out to the lost and give hope through music.
‘Ruler’ is his 3rd single release in 2018 after hitting the airwaves massively with ‘Turn Me Around’ and ‘Aseda’.

Disclosing his motivation for the song, he said; ”There’s no denying how the psalms of 2018 have served as warmth and a reservoir for the clingy experiences of this year.
Understandably, we have had to face challenges at some point in time with some seemingly impossible to overcome. This begs the question, ”In whom do we seek refuge in times like these? ”We can’t help but juxtapose the reality against the ideal.
God is the best haven-and that is not even up for debate by a doubting Thomas but sometimes the shackles of life make us lose our faith. While we wait for the dust to settle on our issues as the year inches closer to termination, I resonate with excerpts of Liverpool Football Club’s anthem, ”When you walk through a storm, hold your head up high and don’t be afraid of the dark. At the end of the storm, there’s a golden sky”. Putting our faith in God, together, let’s walk the distance into a refreshing 2019.
