Jackson Park in Koforidua has been announced as the venue for the 2018 Eastern music awards nominees jam. A platform which will see nominees of the second edition of the prestigious awards perform their hits back-to-back and also present themselves to the general public as nominees contesting for the various categories.
The event will also see performances by Kulz songz, Ak songstress , Dada Hafco,Kkoo kyei,Chuku lion and a host of other musicians coming from the region.
According to the organizers, this year’s edition is going to much bigger and exciting as they have already smooth all rough edges from the past to ensure music lovers get the best they deserve . Prolific radio broadcaster, Londona of Kingdom 101.9 and Atesem heema of StarrTv are going to be the main host for the night.
Eastern music awards is a collaboration between Hi5 Empire, the Eastern regional branch of Musicians Union of Ghana (Musiga) and P.a.t.e.r to reward hard working musicians from the Eastern region. The main event award will come on the 8th December 2018 at the St Bakhita Hall Parish hall in Koforidua.
