It was a night of bliss, fun and excitement as about 1500 patrons witnessed the official christening of the Volta Music Project Compilation Album Volume One, an Appietus empowered musical project to throw the spotlight on some 10 benefitting music talents in the Volta Region with home organizations, Volta MUSIGA and Standout Entertainment.

The event which stalled a little due to the rains saw a lot of people trooping in later to get a glimpse of what transpired.

Mrs Dzifa Aku Attivor, the chairperson educated patrons on the new dimensions in the entertainment cycle and the need for us a region to rally behind our limited resources and make strong impacts.

The icing on the cake was the electrifying performance from the legendary international old cat Agboti Yao from Togo to treat patrons with his numerous hits accompanied with a flexible and energetic stage craft.

The chairman of Volta MUSIGA, Tony D, reiterate that, despite the project is to place benefitting artistes a notch higher, any revenue generated will be channel into obtaining musical instruments for artistes in the region.

Patrons were also trilled with performances from all the 10 artistes on the project as well with the boss player Dj Karanja on the turntable.
