Afro-pop musician, Afiba has dispelled rumours that she is copying the style of fellow musician, Efya.
Afiba who is out with a new single said she also has her style which she seeks to promote and has never had the intention of copying the musician.
“No two talents are the same, she (Efya) got her style and also got my style…because I am new that’s why Ghanaians see me as copying her but eventually, they would get to know me…,” she told Jerry Justice on Adom FM’s Driver Time, ‘Ofiekwanso’ on Friday.
Afiba who is managed by KB Empire Entertainment premiered the music video for her new single ‘Nobody knows’ recently.
The video directed by Lex McCarthy and happens to be her first music video since joining the all new record label early this year.
The video production is necessary and parts of her plan of projecting her identify and also to paint a perfect of the song ‘Nobody Knows” shot in beautiful locations right here in Ghana.
‘Nobody Knows’ was produced by Legendary Ghanaian Highlife musician and producer Nana Fynn.
She promised to deliver the best and become compete with persons who are already in the industry.
“I am a plus size lady and I rock a lot…I have what it takes to draw the crowd’s attention and you can trust me for that…,” she said.
Afiba also promised that the she would be coming out with another single before the year ends
